Returns and Refunds

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges* unless the item you purchased is defective upon receiving them.

Please read descriptions and/or review all photos before purchasing

All items are inspected prior to shipment, so any present damage most-likely has occurred during shipping. If you receive a damaged/defective item or are having troubles with your order, please email contact@thefeatherlyclay.com with details of the product and the issue.

Please include photos and the order number, so we can effectively address your concern. Customers are responsible for examining the received product and notifying us immediately if there are damages present due to shipping/handling.

We are not responsible for replacing/refunding items that are lost after they have arrived safely to our customers.

Please mind the handmade nature of all our jewelry, slight variations or imperfections may be present. Minor differences are what make each pair unique and special.

Please allow one week for processing and shipping. Thank you!

Refunds

Refunds are not accepted, but will be handled accordingly may a certain issue arise.
In special circumstances, items will need to be returned before issuing the refund or exchange.

Shipping returns

If products need to be returned, please contact us at contact@thefeatherlyclay.com for more information.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Jewelry Care

Polymer clay jewelry is lightweight and durable when in use, but should be protected and handled with care when being removed, transported, or stored. Although our pieces are quite sturdy, clay itself is fragile by nature. Please consider this when removing and handling jewelry.

If dirty, you can use a soft, damp cloth with soap to gently wipe the surface.

Brass will tarnish. The oxygen in the air, water, oil, perfume, ect, all can cause brass findings to oxidize and tarnish. To remove tarnish you can clean your brass findings with ketchup, lime juice and baking soda, or, a designated cleaner such as Brasso.
